All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To verify the issue, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the product highlighting the issue

  • Order number and contact details

This helps our team review the request and resolve it quickly.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration

All returned products are inspected by our team before approval.

  3. Attach clear images of the product with tags intact

Important Notes

  • All shipping costs (forward and reverse) are non-refundable

  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit only

Non-Eligible Cases

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.

Delivery Discrepancy

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation with our courier partners.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will guide you through the return procedure

  2. After we receive and inspect the product, the replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days

  3. If the requested replacement product is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
